Pele Football Academy

Welcome to Pele Football Academy! By enrolling your child in our academy, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure a safe, productive, and professional environment for all students, parents, and staff. 

1. Enrollment and Registration

1.1 Enrollment is open to children aged 18 months to 16 years. 
1.2 Parents/guardians must complete the registration process, including providing accurate personal and medical information. 
1.3 An initial subscription fee of ₦75,000 must be paid upon registration to secure a place for the student. 
1.4 Jerseys and photoshoot sessions are only included in the initial subscription fee. 

2. Payment Terms

2.1 The monthly subscription fee of ₦45,000 is due on or before the 1st of each month. 
2.2 Late payments may result in suspension of training sessions until the fee is settled. 
2.3 All payments are non-refundable once made.

3. Training Sessions

3.1 Training schedules will be communicated in advance. Parents/guardians must ensure timely arrival and pickup of their child. 
3.2 Pele Football Academy reserves the right to adjust training schedules due to weather, facility availability, or unforeseen circumstances. 
3.3 All students must wear the academy’s official kit during training sessions and matches.

4. Safety and Conduct

4.1 Pele Football Academy prioritizes the safety of all students. Coaches and staff will ensure a secure environment during training and events. 
4.2 Students must follow instructions from coaches and staff at all times to avoid injury or disruption. 
4.3 Bullying, harassment, or any form of misconduct will not be tolerated. Disciplinary action may include suspension or expulsion without refund. 
4.4 Parents/guardians are expected to act respectfully towards staff, coaches, and other parents at all times.

5. Health and Medical Policy

5.1 Parents/guardians must inform the academy of any medical conditions or allergies that may affect their child’s participation. 
5.2 In case of minor injuries, first aid will be administered on-site. For emergencies, appropriate medical assistance will be sought, and parents will be notified immediately.

6. Media Consent

6.1 By enrolling, you consent to your child being photographed or filmed during training sessions, matches, or events for promotional purposes. 
6.2 If you do not consent, a written notice must be submitted during registration.

7. Termination and Suspension

7.1 Either party may terminate the enrollment with a written notice of 30 days. 
7.2 The academy reserves the right to suspend or expel a student due to non-payment, repeated misconduct, or failure to comply with these terms.

8. Liability

8.1 Pele Football Academy is not liable for personal belongings lost or damaged during training sessions or events. 
8.2 While the academy takes all reasonable precautions to ensure safety, participation in sports carries inherent risks. Parents/guardians accept these risks upon enrollment.

9. Academy Rules

9.1 Parents/guardians must ensure their child adheres to academy rules and regulations. 
9.2 Students are expected to demonstrate discipline, respect, and teamwork at all times.

10. Amendments

10.1 Pele Football Academy reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to parents/guardians in writing.
